FAQs
Your Questions, Answered Clearly
These FAQs cover the most common questions about our window cleaning services
How often should my building’s windows be cleaned?
Frequency depends on your property type, foot traffic, and environmental exposure. Most commercial buildings choose quarterly or bi‑annual service, while high‑visibility or high‑traffic properties often prefer monthly cleaning for consistent appearance.
Do you clean high‑rise or multi‑story buildings?
Yes. Our technicians are trained in rope access, lift operations, and all required safety procedures for high‑rise and mid‑rise buildings. Every project includes documented safety planning and site‑specific access assessments.
Will window cleaning disrupt tenants or operations?
We schedule service around your building’s operational rhythms. Early mornings, weekends, or low‑traffic windows are available to minimize disruption and maintain a smooth experience for tenants and staff.
Do you provide interior window cleaning as well?
Yes. Interior and exterior cleaning can be scheduled together or separately depending on your needs. We provide an "Interior Cleaning Memo" to assist with planning and communicating to your tenants and occupants.
What about hard water stains or mineral buildup?
We offer specialized glass restoration services for hard water, mineral deposits, and surface staining. If the glass can be restored, we’ll bring it back to clarity; if not, we’ll advise on next steps.
Are your technicians trained and insured?
All technicians follow documented workflows, safety certifications, and equipment standards. We maintain full insurance coverage and provide verification upon request.
Can you handle multiple buildings or a full portfolio?
Absolutely. We build service plans around your portfolio’s scheduling, budgeting cadence, and location requirements, ensuring consistent results across every property.
How will I know when service is completed?
You receive notifications, access to your service dashboard, and photo‑verified completion logs so you always know what was done and when.
